Cầu nguyện cho Anh ĐANIEL-QUÝ ( anh trai Sắc ) với những kế hoạch trong tương lai...

Hi all!!! Qua một thời gian cầu nguyện và hoà âm cho những bài hát mới, Daniel mạnh dạn lên kế hoạch cho một album đầu tiên của mình, dự tính sẽ "ra mắt" vào Hè này, 2009.

Trong album sẽ là những ca khúc của Daniel sáng tác trong hơn ba năm qua. Ngoài những bài hát quen thuộc với các bạn Cơ Đốc Việt Nam như "Ngày hôm qua", "Khát khao phục hưng"..., sẽ thêm một số ca khúc mới, theo dòng nhạc trẻ và mang tinh thần tôn vinh, thờ phượng cao, như "Chúa luôn dẫn dắt", "Dâng Chúa cuộc đời", và bài chủ đề "Sống"...

Recent miracle in Egypt ! Broadcasted in CBS...

A Muslim man in Egypt killed his wife because she was reading the Bible and then buried her with their infant baby and an 8-year old daughter.
The girls were buried alive! He then reported to the police that an uncle killed the kids. 15 days later, another family member died. When they went to bury him,they found the 2 little girls under the sand - ALIVE!

The country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed.

The older girl was asked how she had survived and she says:- "A man wearing shiny white clothes, with bleeding wounds in his hands, came every day to feed us. He woke up my mom so she could nurse my sister," she said. She was interviewed on Egyptian national TV, by availed Muslim woman news anchor. She said on public TV, "This was none other than Jesus, because nobody else does things like this!"

Jesus would do this, but the wounds mean He really was crucified, and it's clear also that He is alive! But, it's also clear that the child could not make up a story like this, and there is no way these children could have survived without a true miracle. Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out what to do with this, and the popularity of the Passion movie doesn't help! With Egypt at the center of the media and education in the Middle East, you can be sure this story will spread.

Christ is still turning the world upside down! The Lord says, "I will bless the person who puts his trust in me." (Jeremiah 17)

International Woman's Day (IWD) is marked on March 8 every year. It is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women.

Started as a political event, the holiday blended in the culture of many countries (primarily Russia and the countries of former Soviet bloc). In some celebrations, the day lost its political flavour, and became simply an occasion for men to express their love to the women around them in a way somewhat similar to Mother's Day and St Valentine's Day mixed together. In others, however, the political and human rights theme as designated by the United Nations runs strong, and political and social awareness of the struggles of women worldwide are brought out and examined in a hopeful manner.

The IWD is also celebrated as the first spring holiday, as in the listed countries the first day of March is considered the first day of the spring season.

1908
Great unrest and critical debate was occurring amongst women. Women's oppression and inequality was spurring women to become more vocal and active in campaigning for change. Then in 1908, 15,000 women marched through New York City demanding shorter hours, better pay and voting rights.

In accordance with a declaration by the Socialist Party of America, the first National Woman's Day (NWD) was observed across the United States on 28 February. Women continued to celebrate NWD on the last Sunday of February until 1913.

1910
n 1910 a second International Conference of Working Women was held in Copenhagen. A woman named a Clara Zetkin (Leader of the 'Women's Office' for the Social Democratic Party in Germany) tabled the idea of an International Women's Day. She proposed that every year in every country there should be a celebration on the same day - a Women's Day - to press for their demands. The conference of over 100 women from 17 countries, representing unions, socialist parties, working women's clubs, and including the first three women elected to the Finnish parliament, greeted Zetkin's suggestion with unanimous approval and thus International Women's Day was the result.

1911
Following the decision agreed at Copenhagen in 1911, International Women's Day (IWD) was honoured the first time in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland on 19 March. More than one million women and men attended IWD rallies campaigning for women's rights to work, vote, be trained, to hold public office and end discrimination. However less than a week later on 25 March, the tragic 'Triangle Fire' in New York City took the lives of more than 140 working women, most of them Italian and Jewish immigrants. This disastrous event drew significant attention to working conditions and labour legislation in the United States that became a focus of subsequent International Women's Day events. 1911 also saw women's 'Bread and Roses' campaign.

1913-1914
On the eve of World War I campaigning for peace, Russian women observed their first International Women's Day on the last Sunday in February 1913. In 1913 following discussions, International Women's Day was transferred to 8 March and this day has remained the global date for International Wommen's Day ever since. In 1914 further women across Europe held rallies to campaign against the war and to express women's solidarity.

1917
On the last Sunday of February, Russian women began a strike for "bread and peace" in response to the death over 2 million Russian soldiers in war. Opposed by political leaders the women continued to strike until four days later the Czar was forced to abdicate and the provisional Government granted women the right to vote. The date the women's strike commenced was Sunday 23 February on the Julian calendar then in use in Russia. This day on the Gregorian calendar in use elsewhere was 8 March.

1918 - 1999
Since its birth in the socialist movement, International Women's Day has grown to become a global day of recognition and celebration across developed and developing countries alike. For decades, IWD has grown from strength to strength annually. For many years the United Nations has held an annual IWD conference to coordinate international efforts for women's rights and participation in social, political and economic processes. 1975 was designated as 'International Women's Year' by the United Nations. Women's organisations and governments around the world have also observed IWD annually on 8 March by holding large-scale events that honour women's advancement and while diligently reminding of the continued vigilance and action required to ensure that women's equality is gained and maintained in all aspects of life.

2000 and beyond
IWD is now an official holiday in China, Armenia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. The tradition sees men honouring their mothers, wives, girlfriends, colleagues, etc with flowers and small gifts. In some countries IWD has the equivalent status of Mother's Day where children give small presents to their mothers and grandmothers.

The new millennium has witnessed a significant change and attitudinal shift in both women's and society's thoughts about women's equality and emancipation. Many from a younger generation feel that 'all the battles have been won for women' while many feminists from the 1970's know only too well the longevity and ingrained complexity of patriarchy. With more women in the boardroom, greater equality in legislative rights, and an increased critical mass of women's visibility as impressive role models in every aspect of life, one could think that women have gained true equality. The unfortunate fact is that women are still not paid equally to that of their male counterparts, women still are not present in equal numbers in business or politics, and globally women's education, health and the violence against them is worse than that of men.

However, great improvements have been made. We do have female astronauts and prime ministers, school girls are welcomed into university, women can work and have a family, women have real choices. And so the tone and nature of IWD has, for the past few years, moved from being a reminder about the negatives to a celebration of the positives.

Annually on 8 March, thousands of events are held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate achievements. A global web of rich and diverse local activity connects women from all around the world ranging from political rallies, business conferences, government activities and networking events through to local women's craft markets, theatric performances, fashion parades and more.

Many global corporations have also started to more actively support IWD by running their own internal events and through supporting external ones. For example, on 8 March search engine and media giant Google some years even changes its logo on its global search pages. Year on year IWD is certainly increasing in status. The United States even designates the whole month of March as 'Women's History Month'.

So make a difference, think globally and act locally !! Make everyday International Women's Day. Do your bit to ensure that the future for girls is bright, equal, safe and rewarding.

Y' nghia~ cua? 8-3 ni`....

Ngày 8/3, đó là cả một câu chuyện lịch sử dài về cuộc đấu tranh vì quyền bình đẳng và hạnh phúc cho phụ nữ của nhiều nhóm phụ nữ trên toàn thế giới. Chính phụ nữ là những người làm nên ngày 8/3 lịch sử. Để mỗi năm có một ngày tràn ngập hoa thì đã có không ít máu và nước mắt đổ xuống trong quá khứ. Ngày 8/3/1857, công nhân xưởng may ở New York tuần hành yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng làm việc: giảm giờ làm và những yêu cầu về quyền lợi cho phụ nữ. Lực lượng biểu tình này đã bị cảnh sát đàn áp. 51 năm sau, 8/3/1908, để kỷ niệm cho sự kiện tháng 3/1857, một cuộc biểu tình của các nữ công nhân Mỹ đòi quyền bầu cử, chấm dứt tình trạng ngược đãi công nhân và bóc lột sức lao động trẻ em cũng bị dập tắt bởi cảnh sát New York.

Năm 1910, một nhà hoạt động xã hội người Đức, Clara Zetkin, đề nghị lấy ngày 8/3 làm ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ để kỷ niệm những cuộc biểu tình và những cuộc đấu tranh của phụ nữ trên toàn thế giới vì bình đẳng và tiến bộ của phụ nữ.

Nhiều sự kiện đáng chú ý khác liên quan đến ngày 8/3 như cuộc đấu tranh lớn tại Nga vào ngày 23/2/1917 theo lịch Nga và là ngày 8/3 theo lịch Công giáo, những nữ công nhân đã ồ ạt tấn công khắp các đường phố của Nga. Sự kiện đó sau này được đánh giá là một trong những tác nhân châm ngòi cho Cách mạng Tháng Mười Nga. Ngoài ra, còn rất nhiều cuộc đấu tranh của phụ nữ trên thế giới cũng nổ ra vào tháng 3 lịch sử.

Năm 1975, Liên Hiệp Quốc đã lấy ngày 8/3 hằng năm làm ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ. Hai năm sau, LHQ đã thông qua nghị quyết các nước thành viên kỷ niệm ngày này như là ngày vì quyền bình đẳng, sự tiến bộ của phụ nữ và hòa bình cho thế giới.

Ngày 8/3 ở Việt Nam

Tại Việt Nam, ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ được kỷ niệm rất trang trọng: một ngày tràn ngập hoa và những lời chúc tốt đẹp dành cho phụ nữ. Hầu hết người ta đã không còn nhớ chính xác về ý nghĩ lịch sử của ngày này. Nam giới coi đây là cơ hội để thể hiện sự ga-lăng của mình cho những người mà họ yêu quý. Ngày 8/3 đã bị xóa nhòa ranh giới về ý nghĩa thực của nó.

Chính cái ý nghĩa "phát sinh" lại trở nên rất ý nghĩa đối với phụ nữ. Trong 365 ngày trong năm, người phụ nữ có riêng một ngày để được cả xã hội quan tâm, ngợi ca và cả bày tỏ niềm kính trọng. TET holiday was passed. this TET was not fun! some of my best friends came back city early cause some reasons, they think TET was end... TET is not interesting for ones that elder day more day, This TET,,, we just go out some places!, took a lot of parties but most of its not good, maybe now we aren't teen anymore...party now always have beer,wine, music loudest... crazy dance and noisy >3< i hate it, they are not Christian.. so i felt useless, i wish back in the childhood, when we play many child games, at the field, in the stream, river... with lovely, funny and childish...but now, all of us are older, THey just want like that! poor them!, i pray for them all that they will realize GOD to receive GOD in their life and GOD will change them,....

My family in general had many changes... all members have been received the great grace... Now i will count some of what God has done in our life... GRACE ... of GOD'S MERCY
1. My Grandma.. Thank God for the protection to her health... Although she had 1 year weak in her health, ... our family continue to pray for the next year, she is still strong and alive!!!
2. My Father: this year seems a successful year for him. He is the full-time pastor and was recently lifted to serve God with more responsibilites in Baptist churches. Pray for the new year that God will help him in his service, and that he will continuously be a God-fearing servant- leader...
3. My Mother: She has a mini restaurant this year particularly for wedding service. The business was good last year with a lot of weddings so generally speaking she is also successful in business area! Thank God for His support financially for my family through our family busidness!
4. My eldest brother: He has his own family with three kids but he is living near my parents' house. He is also a pastor and is studying in a Bible school in our country. His part-time job was betterthis year... glad to see his family know how to believe in God more... Pray for his ministry and his 3 children.
5. My first older Sister: this year she came back from the Philippines after 2 years doing her MA in Biblical studies with her husband (who finished his MDiv along with her). Now, they are living in Ho Chi Minh City and expecting their first baby boy, Kairos... God has bestowed His abundant grace in this small family: she serves as a translator and interpreter while He is teaching in Bible school and serving in church right after they were back.... pray for them in this following year that God may grant them a house and also for their mission- the great mission for God"
6. My second older Sister : She and her husband have 2 sons already, but now they still look like teenagers...^^ this year, they built a new house, large enough and beautiful to live in, and a little truck for work...God has protected their life to help to carry out many great things that they could not do by their own!!!
7. My older brother: after his two-year course in Thailand, he went on to study in the USA for his further training in theology and music. God helped him in his study so that he will be a music leader in the future, also pray that God will protect and support him this coming year with some hardship in a foreign country...( mixx him... much!)
8. My only and youngest brother: He is in his high school now. He is clever and intelligent this year and even before He always makes all of my family really happy (with much pleasure) by his good mark in school, best result last year and this haft - year, too...
9. About me.....: woa! I don't know how to share the joy in my heart because God has made so many wishes and that.. I got a good- result for my 2 years in college, keeping good relationship with everybody (I think), my friends...and also makes parents, sisters and brothers happy cause something better than before...^^ I also thank God for His loving care and His provision which gave me a good opportunity to join in a camp in Malaysia...meaningful... thank God for all!!!
Hallelujah....Thank to our God because of His mercy...Great and wonderful in our life...God will make a way and give grace for us...if we pray and believe Him whole-hearttedly...

i came back hometown ...today is 4 days already...after work i often play fooball on the late afternoon, when i see my friends and me play, some memories came in my mind..i miss the childhood...when we play at field with the plastic or rubber ball..soft and small... with the funny goal...been made by some easy tools...crowd children gather usually and play seem funny!

to day...wake up early, some days more...Vietnam will get Lunar new year...it is traditional culture but have been effected by Chinese_ Trung Quoc... on these day we have busy for preparing to receive a clear and good Tet holiday, we bought some things... (also cake & candy...a lot of flower, and drink...) to me, i must be stay at home to clean all room... from meeting, living, bed,and ( also bath room..) hixhix, huhu...

Hi! this is the day that nice to all of us, right? my friends? everynight i thought and something have been raised in my mind: love, memories, study course, future, family and....Time!!!!!that is the serious problem for each of human... We learn to organize and manage " time" usefully....always!!!! but sometime we dont care about that and forgot that time is needed most...worker need time to work 5 to 8 hour /1 day, student have 3 or more hour to study at shool....... for busy man- they dont have enought time to do whole of their work in one day!but what will you do after you back from school ( if you are student ).... after that school-time...?? go out and talk with friends at coffe shop, or shopping.... that is useless, all of us have 24 h to live ??? how can we do to make our time usefully, and first above that; we will use time to sever God and get fruitful work of God....now, let's pray for new day...and we will learn to know how can manage time as the way what God wanted....!!!!! LUNAR NEW YEAR ( TET )

Tet - Vietnamese and Chinese Lunar New Year, is the most important Festival of Vietnamese people. This scared Festival sometime between late January or early February (depend on Lunar Calendar ) and Tet has become so familiar to the Vietnamese that when Spring arrives, the Vietnamese, wherever they may be, are all thrilled and excited with the advent of Tet, and they feel an immense nostalgia, wishing to come back to their homeland for a family reunion and a taste of the particular flavours of the Vietnamese festivities.. Although officially a three-day affair, festivities may continue for a week or more with every effort made to indulge in eating, drinking, and enjoyable social activities. It is also a time for family reunions, and for paying respect to ancestors and the elders. Gifts of food are made to friends, neighbors and relatives in the days before Tet.

Hi! all of campers ...this is letter for u all! u know...i miss all of u so much! this is the first time i have that sweet experience....i always miss u when i came back..now we took more 1 week already, so am still remember those memories....our camp, all of action at campsite, the tent we sleep together, the meeting room where we meet and have fun.... especial of all..., the time we say good bye- it is so sweet with tear and love, We r really became 1 big family in God, right? 5th ISC pass so fast...11 days passed, came back from Malaysia....this is the strage emotion raised in my heart...miss camp, all of campers, all of staffs, all of actions...especially...the one i like...she given me a lot of emotional memories, miss her so much!!! there are 2 times i cried at night and cant sleep over midnight!! 1 more time when i had been caught her email...!! dont know why? was the emotional only? or the " really L..............." >0<>

The best memory is when i hold her hand!....i cant keep self possesed...my face is so hot and red...( to possessed one's soul)...exciting experience....i be shy and nervous , flutter....now i am reminiscing that, feel love with those memories!!! and also "L...." with..."........" !!!!
